1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SqoutIQ (“SqoutIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when people visit our website, create or use an account, communicate with us, or use our demand intelligence, visitor recovery, contact management, messaging, campaign, and reporting services.
Organizations using SqoutIQ determine how their authorized users access and act on customer and prospect data. When we process that information on their behalf, the organization is responsible for its collection, instructions, notices, permissions, and lawful use.

3. Sources of information
We receive information directly from users and customers, from services a customer authorizes us to connect with, from service providers and data providers supporting contracted features, and automatically from devices and browsers when the website or platform is used.

5. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to cloud hosting, database, communications, security, analytics, support, and other service providers that help us deliver the service; to integrations and destinations enabled by a customer; to professional advisers; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, or security; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.
We do not authorize service providers to use customer content for their own unrelated purposes. Customer-directed integrations are governed by the customer's relationship with those providers.
6. Messaging, consent, and suppression data
SqoutIQ may display or process phone numbers, email addresses, consent records, suppression indicators, do-not-contact settings, and message history. Customers are responsible for determining whether they have a lawful basis and any required consent before contacting a person. We support recording and honoring opt-outs, but no technology replaces the customer's compliance responsibilities.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type, customer instructions, contract, backup cycle, and legal requirement. Information may remain in protected backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, workspace separation, encrypted network transport, monitoring, and service-provider controls where appropriate. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain disclosures, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at info@sqoutiq.com. We may need to verify your identity.
If your information was submitted by a SqoutIQ customer, direct your request to that organization first. We will assist the customer as required by contract and applicable law. Marketing recipients may use the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in the relevant communication.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, appropriate contractual or other safeguards are used for cross-border transfers.
11. Children's privacy
SqoutIQ is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our public website or account-registration process.
12. Third-party services and links
Our services may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and SqoutIQ is not responsible for those independent practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
